Sponsored in partnership with NAESP, this Virtual Summit explores the Lead for Literacy (L4L) Framework as a model for developing essential literacy-related leadership skills among administrators and for supporting teacher use of evidence-based literacy practices. Presenters provide an overview of the L4L Framework and discuss how it can be used by school leaders to determine current needs, assess readiness for change, and prioritize immediate steps in building a robust schoolwide multi-tiered systems of supports (MTSS) system. Presenters introduce resources and tools that can be accessed for immediate application in school settings.
