Overview of Continuous Improvement

Continuous Improvement (CI) provides school-based teams with a step-by-step process for effectively implementing evidence-based practices within a multi-tiered system of support in reading (MTSS-R).

The Lead for Literacy Center’s CI process, and supporting tools/resources, help school leaders improve every aspect of their schoolwide reading system. By focusing on enhancing elements most essential to accelerating student learning – including instruction, intervention, assessment, and professional learning, school teams strengthen the schoolwide reading system to improve student outcomes.

To learn more about what CI is, and how to embed it in the day-to-day life of the school, watch this video and download our Infographic.
